Instructions for revised full paper submission (deadline May 14, 2019)

Instructions for accepted submissions (to edit or confirm the full paper):

  • Log in at the ExOrdo system and check your dashboard.
  • Click on "View my reviews".
  • Click on the respective title of each submission to see the reviewers comments.
  • Go back to your Dashboard.
  • Click on "Upload Final Draft". This will lead you to the workflow menu to upload your final submission. 
  • You will see these instructions.
  • Click on "Start workflow" and follow the next 3 steps. 
  • In step 3 we require you to submit your revised paper. Please read these instructions carefully
    • you must use this Word doc template file to revise your paper. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY PAPERS USING THIS TEMPLATE WILL BE INSERTED IN THE PROCEEDINGS, ALL THE OTHERS WILL BE NOT ACCEPTED.  
    • Once your paper is ready, save it as a PDF, and come back to your dashboard to upload it. Only the PDFs will be accepted. Please use the following file name convention: Track Number_Last Name of First Author_Paper_Final Revised (e.g. "1a_Annan_Paper_Final Revised.pdf"). 
    • PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THE AUTHORS MUST UPLOAD A NEW PDF WITH THE FILE NAME CONVENTION Track Number_Last Name of First Author_Paper_Final Revised, EVEN IF REVIEWERS ACCEPTED YOUR PAPER WITHOUT REVISIONS.

Instructions for revised abstract or full paper submission (deadline April 1, 2019)

Instructions for accepted submissions (to edit or confirm the final abstract or full paper):

  • Log in at the ExOrdo system and check your dashboard.
  • Click on "View my reviews".
  • Click on the respective title of each submission to see the reviewers comments.
  • Go back to your Dashboard.
  • Click on "Upload Final Draft". This will lead you to the workflow menu to upload your final submission. 
  • You will see this instructions.
  • Click on "Start workflow" and follow the next 3 steps. In these steps, you can edit your abstract per your reviewers' comments.
  • In step 3 we require you to submit your paper. Please read these instructions carefully:
    • If you are submitting a full paper please use this Word doc template file to create your paper. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY PAPERS USING THIS TEMPLATE WILL BE INSERTED IN THE PROCEEDINGS. Once your paper is ready, save it as a PDF, and come back to your dashboard to upload it. Only the PDFs will be accepted. Please use the following file name convention: Track Number_Last Name of First Author_Paper_Final (e.g. "1a_Annan_Paper_Final.pdf").
    • If you are NOT submitting a full paper please amend your abstract following the reviewers' comments. This is important as the system need this to prepare the proceedings and  ONLY REVISED ABSTRACTS, ACCORDING REVIEWERS' COMMENTS, WILL BE INSERTED IN THE PROCEEDINGS.

Instructions 1st submission (deadline January 15 31, 2019)

To send your abstract please register on the ExOrdo System

Your abstract should be submitted by the 15th 31st January, 2019 .

Additionally important remarks:

 

  • Authors can choose to publish an abstract or a full paper in the proceedings. Full papers will have a review process before acceptance;
  • The ISDRS 2019 proceedings will have an ISBN number and be published via the ISDRS website;
  • Proceedings will be available to ISDRS members as well as delegates to ISDRS 2019 conference and authors retain the copyright of their contribution.

 

The final revision round for full papers and revised abstracts ends by April 1 2019. Any changes required by the reviewers must be submitted by this date in order to be included in the proceedings.


The instructions below refer to abstract submissions .

Abstracts should be submitted through the Ex Ordo system (you will be required to set up an account first). You will be required to:

- Select a format (Oral / Poster)

- Insert Title and Abstract*

- Insert Authors

- Select Track


* Submitted abstracts should be limited to 300 - 500 words and should be written in one single paragraph, covering the following aspects:

Background context
Justification of the research / research argument
Aim
Methods/approach
Findings/results
Conclusions


After the paragraph of the abstract, keywords should be presented (up to 5).
