Conference Proceedings

Authors whose abstracts have been accepted for the conference have the option to submit a paper to be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings. The proceedings will have an ISBN number and be published via the ISDRS website. They are available to ISDRS members as well as delegates to this conference. However, authors retain the copyright of their contribution, which they are encouraged to submit to one of the ISDRS journals or other academic publication.

Deadline for submission of papers is 30 March 2015. Papers should be a maximum of 10-sides A4 (all inclusive). Please download the following template when preparing your paper:

Formatting Guidelines

Full submission guidelines are included in the above MS Word template. For your convenience, we have summarised the key requirements below:

Maximum: 10 pages, including references

Font: Times New Roman, Size 11

2cm Margins Left and Right

Numerical [1] reference style in text

Do not include author and affiliation details in the first submission for review (to facilitate double blind review).

Abstract: 300 words maximum

Papers must be uploaded to the system as a PDF file.

Uploading Your Paper

Once you log in, you can click on the "Upload Final Draft for Title of Paper" link on your Dashboard. You must log in using the same email address that you used to submit your original abstract.

Notification of Acceptance & Final Paper

Following the review process, authors will be notified by 13 April whether their paper is accepted, accepted subject to revision, or rejected. Revised papers must be submitted by 27 April, 2015 in order to be included in the proceedings. Authors must register for the conference for their paper to be included. Authors whose papers are not included in the proceedings may still present their paper at the conference.
